Forklift operator

Forklift Operator / Production Worker is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials within the facility while supporting daily production operations. The role sits at the intersection of warehouse discipline and factory rhythm—precision matters, speed matters, safety matters.

Key responsibilities include operating forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, or pallet jack as applicable), loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods, supplying production lines with required materials, stacking and organizing inventory in designated locations, and maintaining accurate material movement records. The operator also assists with basic production tasks when required, keeps the work area clean, follows safety protocols strictly, and reports equipment or material issues immediately.
