Your Responsibilities
Manage team efforts to identify business requirements, functional and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
Formulate strategies for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Create and manage statements of work and client proposals.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
Lead workshops for client education.
Oversee resources and budget on client projects.
Act as the escalation point for critical functional issues.
Provide subject matter expertise to assist in decision-making regarding functional solutions.
Mentor, counsel, and manage performance metrics for project staff.
Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Architect the complete HCM Workday solution ensuring cohesion across work streams and mitigation of cross-functional impacts.
Advise clients on industry standards and best practices.
Implement Workday and Accenture methodologies effectively.
Keep the Delivery Lead updated on project status and overall progress.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
Ensure optimal utilization of Workday’s best practices for clients.
Support innovation by creating leading methods and assets.

Qualifications
Workday Partner Certification.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, ideally in a Lead or similar role.
At least 3 years of HCM functional experience.
Minimum of 3 years of Workday implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification (minimum 12 years of work experience; if an Associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required).
Preferred Qualifications
6 years of relevant Workday implementation experience.
Knowledge of HR functions and processes.
Experience with Workday implementations in the Education or Government sectors.
