About Our Role:?
The HR Generalist will report directly to the HR Manager. This role is full-time and on-site 5 days per week in our Burr Ridge, IL office with occasional travel to our satellite locations as needed.
What You Will Do:?
Own full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer, moving roles forward and creating a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Actively source, screen, and connect with candidates, phone screens, interview coordination, and closing the loop with both candidates and hiring managers.
Deliver New Hire Orientation and various parts of the onboarding experience.
Build and maintain strong vendor and sourcing partnerships, always looking for better, smarter, and more scalable ways to get the job done.
Conduct a 30, 60, 90 day program for all new hire’s.
Maintain personnel files and related audits
Support payroll prep (timecard review and corrections) and other related reporting
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to learn new equipment and systems through self-directed research, manager-led training and observation
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and clarity
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and asking questions to build understanding
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with document control or knowledge management systems a plus

$60,000-$75,000/year
