We are currently looking for a Senior Strategy Manager - REMOTE.

In this role, you will serve as the primary client lead for effective platform launches, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

Your expertise will guide recommendations based on data and customer insights, optimizing client claims operations.

You will play a critical role in product improvement through feedback gathering and in driving the growth of the software business.

Accountabilities

Develop deep expertise in SaaS products to guide customers through implementations

Lead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriers

Act as the primary project manager and day-to-day client contact

Use a consultative approach to identify customer pain points and goals

Create and manage implementation plans including onboarding and training

Identify opportunities for automation and post-launch optimization

Drive proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders

Gather and translate customer feedback into product recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

3–5+ years of experience in customer-facing or project management roles

Strong understanding of how business strategy impacts operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Experience working with cross-functional teams

High emotional intelligence and action-oriented mindset

Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
