We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership in Columbus, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to manage high-level tasks while contributing to organizational efficiency and success. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and ready.

• Review and edit contracts and agreements, incorporating appropriate legal language as needed.

• Collaborate with the HR team on hiring processes, onboarding activities, and maintaining employee records.

• Utilize compliance and HR management systems to monitor organizational records and ensure adherence to regulations.

• Support project-based administrative tasks, adapting to evolving priorities and assisting various teams.

• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude to foster strong team dynamics and alignment with organizational goals.

• Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline processes and contribute to overall operational improvements.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.

• Expertise in coordinating travel arrangements, including booking and organizing logistics.

• Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.

• Familiarity with reviewing and editing contracts.

• Knowledge of HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.

• Competence in using compliance and HR management systems.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
