Student Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll support our Global Marketing team with coordination, reporting and managing smaller task requested by key markets and business functions. You will be working closely together with our project managers, ensuring smooth processes so we can deliver best in class marketing and branding projects.

You’ll be part of our Creative Productions & Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver creative marketing solutions and ensure a strong operational foundation for the entire department. Our team consists of project managers and creatives, and our scope covers both global and market-level activities.

You’ll play an important role in:

managing our department mailboxes and process requests from the business

prioritising tasks, structure resources weekly and coordinate smaller tasks with our creatives and external agencies

monthly and weekly reporting on projects and hourly spend

helping optimise, evolve and update dashboards and department templates in Excel, Power Bi and PowerPoint

supporting the people leaders with reports and insights from time registration data

supporting our project managers with admin tasks such as updating project plans, POs, overview of assets

supporting with general ad hoc tasks across the department and help maintaining SharePoint and team sites.

To succeed in the role, you:

are enrolled in a higher education programme, preferably related to communication and/or project management, and have at least two years left

are curious, open and have a proactive mindset, with a passion for making an impact

can work both independently and collaboratively, thereby contributing with your knowledge and expertise

are a good communicator in both Danish and English

have a structured and analytical approach to your work and a good eye for detail

thrive in a changing and dynamic environment and can juggle several tasks at the same time.
