Banner is a rapidly growing company that offers many personal development opportunities, an excellent benefits package, and a collaborative team of employees who are passionate about what they do.We currently have opportunities available at our Aberdeen Plant for Electronic Assemblers on the following shifts:Day shift (Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm)Position SummaryElectronic Assemblers are responsible for assembling electronic systems and support structure through the use of a soldering iron or other hand tools to install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly casings.This position reports to the Production ManagerAccording to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as: Non-Exempt\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAssemble subassemblies and/or final product following instructions from matrix documentation and SOPs.\nPlace, wire, solder, and utilize hot soldering iron to connect and encapsulate PC boards and/or units.\nTest, label, package, and deliver to stockroom.\nAdjust, repair, or replace electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.\nRead and interpret drawings, work orders, and reports in order to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.\nPosition, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate wiring and assembly.\nComplete, review, and maintain production, time, and component waste reports.\nMay confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to resolve production problems.\nMay explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.\n\nWhat You bring to the TableTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and regular attendance is required.
