Job OverviewThis position will be working 2nd shift and receiving a 10% shift differential.

Job RequirementsAs Assembly Operator III, you will;\nPreparing machines and equipment for daily use\nPerform changeover and set-up functions\nCommunicate with technician and supervisor any issues that may arise during operations \nUse of inspection tools, independently complete quality inspection documentation, and make necessary adjustments, understand gauging and visual inspection tooling, attention to detailed processes \nWork with team to troubleshoot, set up, assembly, and/or flow issues \nPerform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards \nIdentify product defects and complete appropriate documentation and notification when defects are identified \nMaintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed\nTrain and be flexibility between jobs and equipment, depending on workload in areas\n\nWhat your background should look like\nExtensive experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with and ability to perform set-up operations, and handle change-over responsibilities \nExperience interacting with mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot assembly machines or equipment \nProficient with use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators for dimensional inspection of materials \nProven record of using inspection data to make mechanical and program changes to achieve part specifications \nRead, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately set up and assemble products \nBasic computer navigation and utilization skills \nAbility to read and write English \nAbility to lift 50 lbs \nUnderstanding of GD&T is a plus\nThis position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
