Manager Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager Trainee to join our Spinning Department. This role is designed to develop future leaders in textile manufacturing by providing hands-on training in spinning operations, machinery, quality control, and production management. The trainee will gain in-depth knowledge of yarn production processes and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training program focused on spinning operations, including blow room, carding, drawing, roving, and ring spinning.

Assist in monitoring and optimizing production parameters to ensure consistent yarn quality and efficiency.

Learn to operate and troubleshoot spinning machinery and equipment.

Support supervisors in managing shift operations, labor allocation, and workflow.

Analyze production data and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects.

Prepare reports and documentation related to production performance and training progress.

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Strong interest in yarn production and textile processes.

Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to rotating shifts.

Basic knowledge of spinning machinery and textile production is a plus.

Career Path:

Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate may be promoted to roles such as Production Supervisor, depending on performance and business needs.
