Job Description Quality Engineer Title: Quality Engineer Location: Ashland, OHSalary: $70,000- $85,000/year Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained within our manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with ISO standardsConduct audits and assessments of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvementUtilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to investigate and mitigate quality issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesMonitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to managementManage corrective actions (CAPA) and preventative actions to enhance product qualityProvide training and support to staff on quality management processes and standardsEnsure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with ISO requirements QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldProven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance rolesStrong knowledge of ISO standards is mandatoryExperience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and CAPA processes is a bonusFamiliarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching, relocation package) and more!
