Overview: As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to the supply chain cost-saving initiatives and projects undertaken by the Partners member committees.
Your primary focus will be on gathering, organizing, and analyzing data against benchmarks to identify trends, patterns, savings potential, value opportunities, and insights that support the initiatives and projects pursued by the member committees and the Partners Contract Analysts that support those member committees.
This work will enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of Partners and our participating members.
You will participate and collaborate with various stakeholders within Partners and across our members, to provide data and analytics to assist the Partners Contract Analysts in the creation of actionable strategies, recommendations, and steps for driving value within each initiative.
Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis: • Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources including ERP systems, databases, and external sources.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact the performance of the supply chain operations.
• Participate and collaborate with various stakeholders within Partners and across our members, to provide data and analytics to assist the Partners Contract Analysts in the creation of actionable strategies, recommendations, and steps for driving value within each initiative.
• Utilize statistical methods, benchmarks and data visualization techniques to present findings and tell the story for the project, in a clear and understandable manner.
Process Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process improvements and savings opportunities within the supply chain based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and measure their impact on supply chain performance.
Risk Management: • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the supply chain through data analysis.
• Assist with developing strategies to mitigate risks, drive member value and ensure continuity of supply across our members.
Education/Technical Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Proven experience working with supply chain data and analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other BI software, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Self-starter.
• Knowledge of supply chain contracting processes, negotiations and best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor, PeopleSoft) is desirable.
• Familiarity with supply chain optimization techniques and tools is a plus.
(Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, expert in Excel required). • Data entry and typing proficiency required.
• Data validation experience: o Proper pricing implemented o Rebates paid o Proper payments of Administrative Fees o Able to audit data for accuracy and resolves discrepancies • Handle multiple, multi-disciplinary assignments at any one time.
• Work independently and responsibly in meeting deadlines and setting priorities.
• Attend committee meetings as requested.

• Demonstrates an understanding of the sensitive nature of the work and the importance of confidentiality as outlined in policy and as dictated by the nature of the job.

Physical Demands: • Requirement of sitting for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Requirement to be in the corporate office at a minimum of two days per week.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Some local travel may be required.
