What are we looking for?

The Assistant Manager, Agency Recruitment is responsible for driving the growth of the agency force by identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-potential candidates. This role supports recruitment strategies, conducts assessments, and collaborates with business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. By managing recruitment campaigns, building strong talent pipelines, and enhancing the onboarding experience, the Assistant Manager plays a key role in strengthening the agency’s distribution network and supporting sustainable business growth.

What are we expecting from this role?

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Director level agency leadership positions, including targeted sourcing, structured interviews, assessments, and selection, ensuring a high-quality and timely onboarding experience.

Manage the end to end recruitment and on-boarding process for new agents, ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant transition from selection to activation.

Coordinate and confirm EPOS activation for newly onboarded agents and ensure all onboarding requirements, documentation, and system access are completed accurately and on time.

Oversee the deboarding process by accurately processing contract terminations and ensuring timely deactivation of EPOS/system access for exiting agents.

Ensure proper archiving of recruitment and agent-related records in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Plan and execute recruitment-focused initiatives such as Recruitment Days, Job Fairs, Information Days, and Networking COPs to attract quality candidates.

Develop recruitment-related promotional materials and messaging to enhance employer branding and campaign effectiveness.

Track, analyze, and report on events and campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Implement and manage new development programs designed to strengthen agent capabilities and support long-term career progression.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet program objectives.

Monitor participant progress and collect feedback to refine program structure and delivery.

Develop and maintain accurate budget records, including expense tracking and project code monitoring for recruitment programs and events.

Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure timely reporting, cost control, and adherence to approved budgets.

Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment and performance data to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on hiring trends, talent pipelines, event performance, and recruitment effectiveness.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in agency recruitment or within the insurance industry.

Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Exposure to event planning, campaign execution, or recruitment marketing.

Basic data analysis and reporting capability.

Fluency in English and Burmese.
