What are we looking for?

To support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects and performance initiatives within the Life Insurance business. The role focuses on tracking KPIs, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency, governance, and strategic decision-making.

What are we expecting from this role?

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic and operational projects across Life Insurance functions to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to underwriting, policy administration, claims, and distribution.

Prepare management dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for senior management and governance forums.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.

Support performance review cycles, governance meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure projects and performance reporting comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

Identify performance gaps and support initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

2 to 3 years of experience in Project Management and Performance Management fields.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Knowledge of life insurance operations (underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution)

Timely and effective delivery of projects aligned with life insurance business objectives.

Accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPIs to support management decision-making.

Excellent written and spoken English.
