Logistics Coordinator

VG Global Solutions LLC is a newly established logistics and supply chain services company created based on the experience of an established corporate law firm supporting businesses across a range of legal and regulatory matters. Drawing on this professional foundation, VG Global Solutions LLC represents a strategic expansion into logistics, applying a strong understanding of corporate operations, regulatory considerations, and business support to deliver reliable logistics solutions. The company is located on 600 B Street in San Diego, CA.

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

* 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations

* Knowledge of domestic and/or cross-border logistics (U.S.-Mexico experience is a plus)

* Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools

* Understanding of shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, PODs, customs-related documents)

* Experience working with third-party carriers and brokers (non-asset-based operations)

* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (preferred)

* Legal authorization to work in the applicable country
