ETC Machine Operator

Location: Houston, TX 77032

Pay Rate: $18 - $21/hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with overtime on Saturdays

Position Type: Contract, full-time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined ETC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining machinery to produce small to medium-sized components. Your safety and precision will ensure the timely completion of production goals while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate ETC machinery to produce small to medium-sized components, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Organize workflow to meet project deadlines and maintain an orderly work environment.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment in optimal condition.

Follow safety protocols and procedures outlined by HSE and Quality Service Groups.

Repair and adjust machinery as needed, reporting any issues to supervisory staff.

Complete all required certifications and stay current with training requirements.

Participate in new project action plans and support production demands.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with 5S standards.

Use measuring tools such as digital or dial calipers to verify component specifications.Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of experience operating machine tools or similar machinery.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret digital or dial calipers accurately.

Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and HUB.

Ability to quickly learn and utilize relevant tools and equipment.

Must be available to start immediately if selected.Technical Competencies:

Proficiency in using measuring devices and hand tools.
