Main Duties:
Maintain and update electronic employee records using internal HR systems and external systems
Act as a point of contact to employees for daily HR-related queries
Handle the administration of new work permits applications
Assist current employees to renew their residence cards
Handle the administration of the HRs main mailbox, sick reporting, medicals, injuries, engagements, and terminations
Assist the HR recruitment and administration teams with any ad hoc projects
What skills do you need?
An advanced level of education and/or have obtained a certificate in HR
One year of experience working in a similar role
Experience using MS applications including MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Maltese, and preferably Italian and/or Spanish
Passionate about Human Resources and enjoys working with people
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
