About the Role
We are hiring Sales Associates / Field Sales Executives to support our client, leaders in the Natural Stones industry. This is a field-based sales role involving direct interaction with customers, distributors, builders, and showroom partners.
This opportunity is ideal for any candidates, especially those with an educational background in Sales, Marketing, or Business who are eager to build hands-on experience in B2B field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to showrooms, distributors, builders, and contractors
Promote and sell natural stone products (granite, quartz, marble, etc.)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Generate new leads and support territory sales growth
Assist with product demos, samples, and customer inquiries
Track visits, leads, and follow-ups using basic reporting tools
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
Required Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a field sales environment
Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)
Nice to Have
Any prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience
Interest in construction materials, interiors, or building products
Valid driver’s license (for field travel)
