Senior Data & DevOps Engineer – Reporting & Insights

Deliver realtime insights for Themis and TMD by scaling a curated data layer and dashboards that monitor 11 million transactions daily across Rabobank’s platform.

You & Your Function

Design and evolve the Reporting & Insights platform that powers transparent, automated monitoring for Transaction Monitoring models. As Senior Data & DevOps Engineer, you transform complex datasets into live, trustworthy dashboards and pipelines that improve compliance decisions and reduce operational risk across financial crime prevention.

Engineer datasets that represent core model outputs and unlock reliable reporting for Themis stakeholders.

Migrate legacy reporting pipelines to a simplified, scalable architecture that lowers cost of insights.

Top 3 responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Databricks and Airflow pipelines with automated monitoring for health, data quality, and dashboard freshness.

Implement CI/CD and test automation for dashboards and reporting releases to ensure secure, compliant delivery.

Collaborate with data scientists and squads to define requirements and support model explainability and performance monitoring.

You ensure a scalable, secure reporting foundation by automating validation, lineage, and deployment, enabling business and technical stakeholders to act on trustworthy, realtime insights across the TMD platform.

You are part of the Transaction Monitoring & Detection Reporting & Insights Platform, working closely with data scientists and DevOps engineers across Themis. You support regulatory resilience by delivering curated datasets, dashboards, and automated reporting for financial crime prevention.

You & Your Talent

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven experience with Databricks, Airflow, and distributed data processing with Python/PySpark.

Experience building analytical dashboards and translating business metrics into data driven insights.

Experience with CI/CD, version control, and automated testing for data and BI deliveries.
