General Manager

Gpac is partnered with a growing, family owned Agriculture company that is currently seeking a General Manager for their main location in east central SD.

This company specializes in sunflowers and some other specialty crops, which they purchase, warehouse, condition, mix, package, sell and then transport. They are seeking a General Manager who has seen all sides of production agriculture. Candidates will ideally have experience with the accounting side of a business, as well as experience with originating, day to day operations, safety etc. Ideal candidates will have hands on experience working with grain and working with farmers, have a good grasp on agriculture equipment and new technology, and be able to effectively communicate with dedicated team of employees.

Compensation for this position will depend on experience but base pay should be into the six figures along with a super competitive benefits package, including medical, dental and flex plans, 401k with match, paid holidays and vacation time, disability and life insurance.
