Job Title: Warehouse Associate Lv3

Location: Valmeyer, IL 62295

Duration: 3 months Contract

100% ONSITE IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate Lv3 supports daily warehouse operations including order picking, receiving, housekeeping, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to safety in a fast-paced cold environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate standup forklift (reach truck) and pallet jack safely and efficiently.

• Perform order selection, put-away, and scanning (50% of time).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas (40%).

• Support other warehouse duties as assigned (10%).

• Follow all safety rules and cold storage protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of standup forklift experience (preferred).

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted.

• Comfortable working in cold temperatures (32 F to 0 F) for extended periods.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and sense of urgency.

Additional Details

• Steel-toe shoes required

• Dress code: Jeans (no rips/tears) and hoodless sweatshirt recommended.

• Cold gear (coat, hat, gloves) provided by client.
