What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for various use cases, including ingestion of raw data and building core datasets

Develop scalable data models to support product features, internal analytics, and machine learning workloads

Implement batch and streaming pipelines using technologies like Spark, Python, and Airflow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ambiguous questions and deliver high-impact data solutions

Mentor junior team members and improve automation while adhering to best practices in data modeling and reliability

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in building scalable data pipelines

Familiarity with SQL and distributed data processing tools such as Spark or Kafka

Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language, with knowledge of software engineering principles

Understanding of data modeling and metric design principles

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
