Overseas Procurement Manager

Job description:

1. Thai national with bachelor‘s degree or above,

2. 5+ years in international procurement or cross-border logistics; candidates with Southeast Asian supply chain resources are preferred; familiar with the trade environment and regulations in SEA markets.

3. Excellent business negotiation skills (proficiency in English or Southeast Asian local languages); familiar with ERP systems and data analysis tools; strong pressure resistance, adaptable to frequent business trips.

4. Have 3PL/ logistics suppliers resources

Job Roles:

1.Supplier Development & Management: Research and establish a local supplier base(shipment); lead supplier screening, negotiation, and contracting; conduct regular performance evaluations.

2. Procurement Execution & Cost Control: Develop procurement plans, monitor orders for on-time delivery; reduce costs through strategies like price comparison and centralized procurement; handle supplier-related issues.

3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with domestic logistics and overseas logistics managers to synchronize procurement and logistics updates, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions.
