Main Duties:

Resolve customer queries via phone

Manage communications via Facebook, web, and email

Handle complaints with professional courtesy

Log and escalate issues to relevant departments

Maintain handling time and quality standards

Provide backup front-desk coverage

Assist with additional business needs as required

What skills do you need?

Minimum O-Level standard

Fluent in written and verbal Maltese and English

Flexible to work shifts

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
