Log and escalate issues to relevant departments
Maintain handling time and quality standards
Provide backup front-desk coverage
Assist with additional business needs as required
What skills do you need?
Minimum O-Level standard
Fluent in written and verbal Maltese and English
Flexible to work shifts
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
