The client is seeking a highly experienced Concrete Supervisor with a strong EPCM project background in SMP (Structural, Mechanical, and Piping) construction across mineral processing plants to join our dynamic, growing team.

Reporting to the Construction Manager the Concrete Supervisor will be responsible for providing Concrete Supervisor services to the project, as part of the construction team.

The Concrete Supervisor shall provide sound technical advice in the resolutions of problems associated with constructability or design issues.

This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven record managing complex site-based projects.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee concrete works including structural pours, formwork precision, bolt alignment, and precast installations.

Supervise bulk earthworks, storm water drainage, plant access roads, and civil infrastructure.

Coordinate installation of underground services such as fire water, raw water, potable water, and sewage reticulation.

Manage and monitor survey activities, verifying quantities, reviewing contractor claims, and supporting accurate reporting.

Support the construction of Tailings Storage Facilities, storm water management systems, and raw water ponds.

Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues to maintain compliance with design and contractual requirements.

Prepare and maintain documentation for daily site progress, quality control, and monthly reporting.

Collaborate with design engineers on updating and adjusting drawings for roads, earthworks, and concrete structures.
