Fiber Optic Technician I or II

Fiber Optic Technician Full-Time, Hourly, Tipton, MO We're seeking a hardworking, construction-minded individual to join our team.

This full-time opportunity joins a fast-paced environment working in fiber line construction.

You'll be working mostly independently on assigned fiber projects throughout the entire cooperative territory.

To be successful in this role, you will perform fiber optic splicing, troubleshooting, and drop/cable constructions with the assistance of large and small equipment.

Your primary areas of focus will be: new construction, troubleshooting existing construction, and restoring fiber services.

On a regular basis you will: Perform outside plant construction related to buried and aerial FTTH.

Perform jobsite and project documentation Participate in a regularly scheduled on-call rotation.
