Software Developer
Designs, develops, and maintains complex information systems software to meet organizational needs.
Essential Functions:
Designs and develops software applications to meet the needs of the organization.
Tests and debugs software applications to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Maintains and updates existing software applications to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Collaborates with other IT professionals to integrate software applications with existing systems.
Provides technical support to end-users to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Keeps up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in computer information science, management, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, required.

Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, customer service, and communication skills required to interact effectively with all hospital staff, medical staff, and external contacts.
Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision and identify, collect, and analyze data.
Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics, with the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.
Ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues. Working knowledge of relevant programming languages and environments.
Ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes, and applications.
Knowledge regarding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to employ a structured methodology is crucial for successful delivery and management of software products.
Experience:
Two years of experience in system or application programming, required.
Experience in hospital information systems, preferred.
