Regional Controller

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

Responsibilities

Partner with Plant Managers & VP's to support strategic decision making along with accounting and analytical support.

Lead quarterly forecasting and annual planning cycles for Region

Visit plants as a regional leader offering suggestions for operational improvements that translate to financial improvement

Travel 25-30%

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 15 years / CPA preferred but not required

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Outgoing personality and ability to motivate others

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

MUST HAVE prior financial manufacturing experience
