Outside Sales Opportunity – Business Development Manager (Hunter Role)
Ready to take on a true hunter sales role? Elwood Staffing is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business in the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics space. This is a full-time, outside sales position for motivated professionals who thrive on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

55k+Base salary + uncapped monthly commission

What You’ll Do (Hunter Role):
Actively prospect and hunt for new business
Spend 70–75% of your time in the field meeting prospects
Open doors, build relationships, and close new accounts
Present customized staffing solutions
Own and grow your territory with no internal competition
What We’re Looking For:
Competitive, self-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach
No sales experience required — we train the right attitude
Strong communication and time management skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Valid driver’s license
