Job Title: SCCM Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SCCM Engineer with around 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environments. The role focuses on endpoint management, application deployment, patching, operating system deployment, and automation in an enterprise setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure

Manage operating system deployments for Windows 10 and Windows 11

Handle software updates, patch management, and compliance

Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications

Create and manage collections, boundaries, and boundary groups

Monitor SCCM health, performance, and reporting

Troubleshoot SCCM client and server-side issues

Integrate SCCM with Active Directory, WSUS, and Group Policy

Support endpoint security features such as BitLocker and Microsoft Defender

Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting

Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

5 years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM

Strong knowledge of OS deployment and task sequences

Experience with application packaging (MSI, EXE, scripts)

Good understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory

PowerShell scripting experience

Working knowledge of WSUS, PKI, and basic SQL

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Intune and co-management

Knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Microsoft or SCCM-related certifications

Experience supporting large enterprise environments

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
