US Application Developer - Peoplesoft

Summary :

Experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to implement, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft applications, ensuring they align with organizational business requirements. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and modules.

Develop and customize PeopleSoft modules using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and BI Publisher tools.

Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

Provide technical support to functional teams and end-users.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Testers to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.

Maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and technical designs.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for PeopleSoft development. Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury modules.

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and technical framework.

Proficient in SQL and other programming languages relevant to PeopleSoft customization.

Experience working with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA/Test teams.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in financial or enterprise business systems.

Familiarity with API integrations or third-party system interfaces within PeopleSoft.
