Impact (Job Summary)
Increases engagement with JA Curriculum and Content learning experiences through frequent
outreach to educational partners. Assures program expansion and quality. Develops new relationshipswith education partners at various levels. Maintains excellent educator, volunteer, and internal teamrelations. Implements and coordinates daily operations of programs, including administrative programprocedures. Facilitates educator info sessions and training in individual, small group, and large groupsettings. Oversees in-person and/or virtual program events.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for successful implementation and expansion of assigned programs across JA of
Central Ohio counties.
Steward and strengthen existing educator relationships and collaborate with colleagues to
develop new educator partnerships at the school administrator and teacher levels.
Develop deep knowledge of JA USA curricula for areas of responsibility aligned with local
priorities. Use this knowledge to evaluate program quality and fit for various learning scenarios
and to recruit and train educators and volunteers.
Use available technology platforms to provide timely and relevant educator resources and
training.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across organizational areas to ensure effective program
implementation and reporting while ensuring a high-quality JA experience for educators,
students, and volunteers.
Maintain accurate and timely records in shared database system to facilitate reporting of
educator/volunteer/class information.
Ensure educator and volunteer partners receive all necessary resources, including up-to-date
program kits and access to all necessary online resources.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
You have the following experience (at a minimum):
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field
At least two years of relevant experience in an educational setting
Teaching experience preferred
Database experience preferred
Curriculum development is a plus

You have the following technical skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, and the Google Suite of applications,
including Google Sites
Physical Requirements:
Stationary positioning: The ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time
Computer use: Frequent, repetitive use of hands and fingers for typing, mouse usage, and
operating office machinery (copiers/scanners)
Vision and communication: Ability to view a screen for long periods and communicate via phoneor in person
Mobility: Occasional walking within the office to meetings, printers, restrooms
Light lifting: Moving items such as documents, kits, files, and personal items, usually weighing 15pounds or less

Compensation: $55-60K
Travel: Up to 25%, primarily within Central Ohio, but inclusive of 25 county area including
Southeast Ohio (2.5 hour radius)
