HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Winthrop, MN!

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + 10% target bonus

Shift: Day Shift Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Location: Winthrop, MN

About the Role

This role provides frontline leadership for the maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable equipment performance and effective support of daily plant operations.

Job Responsibilities

Prioritize and assign daily maintenance work orders and oversee pass-down items

Supervise maintenance employees to ensure safe and efficient operations

Support and monitor preventative maintenance programs

Serve as first point of contact for emergency maintenance needs

Oversee equipment repairs and maintenance across the facility

Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts

Maintain CMMS records and maintenance documentation

Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members

Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience

2–5 years of maintenance experience with leadership or supervisory exposure

Strong knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance practices

PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English
