Human Resources Intern - Summer 2026

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR Team for a 9-week Paid Internship Program. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience across HR operations, compliance, recruiting, and employee engagement while supporting a dynamic and regulated financial organization. Throughout the internship, you will collaborate with HR team members on meaningful projects, contribute to process improvements, and present your key learnings at the end of the program.
Program Dates: June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026
Compensation: Up to $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Throughout the program, the intern will gain hands on experience in HR operations, compliance, and recruiting within a regulated financial organization. You’ll support daily HR activities, contribute to projects that improve processes, and present your key learnings at the end of the program. What You’ll Do:
Support day to day HR administration, maintaining employee documentation and digital files.
Assist with HR inbox monitoring and respond to employee requests, and general inquiries.
Contribute to HR automation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Assist with filing of employment eligibility documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Assist with the full cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings and managing applicant tracking tasks.
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate on HR documentation projects, including updating policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Support data gathering and reporting tasks using Excel.
Additional responsibilities, as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office, with Excel proficiency highly preferred.
Interest in HR operations, compliance, and process improvement.
Prior administrative or financial services experience is a plus.
