As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring both our human and furry clients feel welcomed and cared for. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting clients and their dogs with a warm and professional attitude. - Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments. - Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services. - Maintaining accurate records and handling payments. - Assisting with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. - Collaborating with our team to create a positive experience for clients and their pets.What We’re Looking For
