IT Program Manager, Info Sec

We are looking for an IT Program Manager, Information Security to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Manage multiple initiatives within Information Security and Cybersecurity programs, driving risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hospital/healthcare environment to ensure secure integration of systems and workflows.

Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.

Communicate program status, risks, and deliverables to executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare security frameworks. Qualifications:

5+ years of program management experience in IT security or cybersecurity domains.

Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation at an enterprise scale.

Strong background in Information Security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management.

Prior experience in hospital or healthcare IT environments is required.
