Salary: Up to $21.00 an hour

Join a leading Baldwin, WI manufacturer as a Production Operator. This role involves operating a molding machine and ensuring the quality and packaging of finished products.

You will work 12−hour shifts on a desirable 2,2,3 Rotating Schedule (offering built-in long weekends).

Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, $19.00/hr

Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, $21.00/hr

What You'll Be Doing

Operate molding machinery and run production jobs.

Quality Check: Inspect, trim, and package finished parts; evaluate against standards.

Perform manual assembly, sorting, labeling, and complete final packaging (WIP and finished goods).

Complete necessary production documentation.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.

Basic math and communication skills.

Ability to follow various instructions (oral, written, visual).

Comfortable with frequent fast-paced, repetitive motion.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds (Medium Work).
