Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Applications implementation programs.
The role involves close coordination with a customer team based in Reno and engineering/delivery organizations across St. Louis, Austin, Mohali, and Pune.
The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, deep experience in Oracle Apps implementations, and excellent communication and execution skills. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Oracle Applications implementation programs from initiation to closure
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer based in Reno
Coordinate and align cross-functional engineering and delivery teams across multiple global locations
Own program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies)
Ensure adherence to project milestones, deliverables, and SLAs
Drive stakeholder communication, including status updates, steering committee meetings, and escalation management
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively
Ensure change management and governance processes are followed
Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams for smooth Oracle Apps deployment Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Program Management for Oracle Applications implementations
Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Apps (functional and implementation lifecycle)
Experience managing distributed/global teams
Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
Strong planning, execution, and delivery management capabilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / PgMP / Prince2 certification
Experience working with US-based customers
Exposure to ERP transformation or large-scale enterprise programs
