• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for work permits, access requests, maintenance schedules, compliance documentation, and purchase orders
• Organize technical forums, site surveys, and operational review meetings
• Support training initiatives and provide tactical assistance
• Analyze operational data, create trend reports, and track performance metrics
• Manage critical facilities inventory
• Create technical documentation and policies based on best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Develop document tracking processes and audit repositories for compliance
• Identify process improvement opportunities and guide implementation
• Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and drive initiatives that improve processes, tools, and team capabilities
• Drive initiatives to improve speed and quality by eliminating rework, automating manual work, and standardizing processes
• Collaborate with technical teams in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to lead or support technical and stakeholder committees for departmental and cluster-wide initiatives
• Review technical and operations documentation for accuracy and compliance

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of data center or mission critical facilities (example: hospital, military facility, public safety facility, etc.) experience
- Familiarity with Service Management systems (Issue and Change Management)
- Proficiency in organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in facilitating, or experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or 2+ years of facilities management experience
- Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units
- Experience coordinating vendors and contractors in critical environments including work permits, access requests, maintenance schedules, compliance documentation, and purchase orders
- Experience organizing and facilitating technical forums, site surveys, and operational review meetings
- Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems
