Job Description Project Manager Concrete Project Manager Location: Dublin, OH Salary: $80k-$130kPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from planning through to execution.Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld throughout the project.Prepare regular reports on project status, including financial performance and schedule updates.
