Iron Mountain is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Partner Development Lead. In this pivotal role, you will craft and implement partner strategies that drive revenue growth and influence significant business results within specific geographies and industry verticals.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team focused on nurturing qualified opportunities and serving as the subject matter expert for our global sales organization, ensuring the ongoing success of our partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to drive additional pipeline and uncover joint opportunities through account strategy and collaborative go-to-market initiatives.

Forge and cultivate strong, strategic relationships with partners, effectively communicating and maximizing the value of Iron Mountain partnerships to foster sustainable growth.

Lead and influence joint demand generation and execution of go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales teams to align on priorities, goals, and best practices across different regions.

Oversee and coordinate joint Inside and Field Sales activities, including collaborative sales calls, campaigns, proposals, and closing deals with both Iron Mountain and partner teams.

Equip Iron Mountain and partner sales teams with sales, presales, and technical insights to expedite the growth of recurring SaaS revenue.

Deliver pipeline visibility and forecasting through SFDC, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Presales, and Product Management on marketing initiatives, enablement, and escalation management.

Your Qualifications

5+ years of technology sales experience, particularly with Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital solutions, targeting large, complex accounts.

Deep understanding of Hyperscalers (large-scale cloud service providers), Intelligent Document Processing, and Agentic & Generative Artificial Intelligence.

Demonstrated success in strategic account leadership, managing relationships with Fortune 100 customers and navigating globally matrixed organizations.

Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
