Human Resources Support Specialist

Full-Time 40 Hours (M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with occasional 7:00 a.m. arrival - On-Site Position)

The Human Resources Support Specialist provides data processing, operational, administrative, and customer service support. The primary focus will be on intake and routing of compensation requests, gathering and translating job and candidate information, maintaining accurate employee and job data, and supporting key total rewards workflows. The role also provides backup coverage for the HR front desk on a routine/daily basis, and will assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities to cover absences/vacations. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.

• Two years of experience in administration, Human Resources, data processing, with a focus on data and system processing and process facilitation.

• Supporting roles in HR, Compensation, HRIS, front desk/reception experience preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets required

• Basic understanding of compensation and HR functional areas preferred.

• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong technical proficiency, including intermediate to advanced spreadsheet and data processing skills

• High comfort level navigating multiple systems (e.g., HRIS, ASANA, Google, compensation tools, etc.).

• Ability to extract, interpret, and translate information from job descriptions and résumés.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, track follow-ups, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
