This role is ideal for a working foreman who can balance field leadership with hands-on plumbing installation, spending approximately 50% of their time on the tools.

Candidates with strong pipe measurement, layout, and installation skills are encouraged to apply./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupervise and direct a team of plumbers and pipefitters to ensure efficient daily workflow./liliPlan, assign, and oversee tasks based on project requirements and crew capabilities./liliCoordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to maintain schedule alignment./liliMonitor material needs, track inventory, and ensure the crew has the tools and supplies required./liliProvide training, guidance, and mentorship to crew members./liliMeasure, cut, install, and secure piping systems with precision./liliPerform hands-on assembly, fitting, and testing of plumbing systems./liliOperate tools and equipment safely while modeling proper technique for the crew./liliTroubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field./liliInspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards./liliEnforce all site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment./liliIdentify and resolve issues to keep the project moving efficiently./li/ulpEssential Skills:/pulli5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction environments./lili2+ years of experience in a lead, crew-lead, or foreman role./liliAbility to work hands-on at least 50% of the time, performing installation, fitting, and troubleshooting./liliProficiency in plumbing and construction techniques./liliOSHA 10 certification./li/ulpAdditional Skills Qualifications:/pulliPlumbing certifications are a plus, but not required./li/ulpWhy Work Here?/ppThis is a company where everyone can establish a career in the Charleston, SC market with the mechanical trades.
