What You'll Do

Lead and Mentor: Supervise designer work, offer technical guidance, and conduct quality reviews of design packages.

Drive Complex Design: Address challenging aspects of the design process, including facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications.

Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with clients, owners, and contractors to support construction and ensure successful project execution.

Own the Details: Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring consistency between drawings and specifications.

Be the Expert: Serve as the Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer during project meetings and contribute to proposals with innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering design for semiconductor and mission-critical manufacturing facilities.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Solid understanding of all phases of construction document production.

Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.

At least 12 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems.

Electrical design experience in semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical facilities highly preferred.

Strong working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards.

Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgear, transformers, panel boards, generators, and UPS systems.

Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Previous team lead experience.

Ideally, you'll also have:

Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Experience in senior technical leadership roles.

Familiarity with Revit or BIM software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
