Description:

Construction projects succeed when information, documentation, and communication are handled accurately and on time. This role exists to provide structure and operational support to project and office teams, ensuring projects in Texas move forward efficiently, compliantly, and without unnecessary delays.

What you’ll be trusted to do:

1. Autonomy & Accountability

- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks with minimal supervision, prioritizing work based on project and office needs

- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, contracts, vendor records, and correspondence

2. Purpose & Operational Support

- Support project managers and field teams by preparing documents, reports, and schedules critical to construction progress

- Assist with tracking permits, insurance certificates, inspections, and other documentation required for Texas-based projects

3. Mastery & Attention to Detail:

- Ensure data entry and document control meet internal standards and audit requirements

4. Collaboration & Communication

- Coordinate between office staff, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors

- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and in-person to keep information flowing smoothly

What you bring:

- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (construction or related industry preferred) with strong computer literacy skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
