Job Description
The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring that financial aspects of construction projects are effectively controlled. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate cost estimates and financial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects
Monitor project budgets and expenditures
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare tender documents and manage the bidding process
Provide financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
