Fibre Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full- Time Data Analyst to join ourteam.
Wage Range: $28.81 - $45.01
* The range above allows our employees roomfor growth through annual merit and other pay increases based on performance. The target pay range for this position is typically within the first halfof the range. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such asrelevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individualqualifications.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for analyzinglarge sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will helpdrive Credit Union decisions. This role involves collaborating with variousdepartments to assist in providing insights to enhance our Credit Union's marketing,operations, and member experience. The candidate should possess excellentanalytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independentlyin a fast-paced environment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain existing data models anddevelop, as needed, new data models tofacilitate data analysis and reporting.Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integritythrough data cleansing, validation, and verification.
• Utilize marketing software to betterunderstand member behavior and participate in marketing recommendations basedon data collected and analyzed.
• Manage project priorities as assigned.
• Identify opportunities for processimprovements and automation to enhance data analysis efficiency andaccuracy.
• Collaborate with department team members andcross-functional teams to build strong relationships and develop dashboards,reports, and presentations that effectivelycommunicate data insights.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Possess high school diploma or equivalent
Education/Position Knowledge - The individual is requiredto have the skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of abachelor's degree to include, but not be limited to,understanding data architectures, practical previous data analyticalexperience, and experience maintaining the systems and software associatedwith data architectures and data analytical tools.
