Summary TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong foundation in Windows and Linux operating systems. We are looking for a candidate who excels in system hardening, security, and configuration management, and who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts.Description The Systems Engineer will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis of system issues, monitoring system performance metrics, and reporting potential anomalies. The role includes supporting RMF or other accreditation frameworks, providing emergency after-hours support, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills

* Bachelor's degree

* Minimum of 11 years of experience

* Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux (RHEL based) operating systems

* Familiarity with system hardening, security hardening, remote desktop, patch management, and configuration management tools

* Experience supporting RMF or other accreditation frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53B, A&A, etc.)

* Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Apache Web Services

* Amazon Web Services experience (EC2 instances, CloudFormation, S3 Storage, RDS (MySQL))

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong oral and written communication skillsOptional Skills

* Database Administrator (DBA)

* Networking experience/Automation

* API Engineer

* Experience working in air-gapped environments or with classified systems

* Experience with Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based development cycles

* Familiarity with security in CI/CD pipelines and container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

* Knowledge of zero trust architecture and identity/access management strategies

* Experience with Splunk, Rapid 7

* Experience with Windows Server, RHEL/CentOS, Ubuntu

* Compliance Tools such as Greenlight, Illuminate

* Experience with automation/scripting tools such as Ansible

Base Salary $183,000 - $222,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Benefits Budget $44,400 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
