Job Summary Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie is looking for a positive & well rounded person to help us in our kitchen.

Any potential employee must be able to: Learn our standards and help to maintain them Follow and help monitor item and ordering pars to maintain minimal waste and operate smoothly Have ServSafe Manager Certification or be willing to obtain it Help to create and execute monthly specials that fit our menu style Use and Edit basic spreadsheets Be kind and respectful to all Prost Employees Communicate, and work effectively with other staff members Be on feet for long periods of time (8-10hrs) Lift Boxes weighing up to 50lbs Use a Knife to prepare food items in a safe and timely manner Learn to operate a commercial mixer and slicer safely Read and follow recipe cards by volume and/or weight Utilize and follow checklists to complete required duties Arrive to work consistently in a timely manner Show up for all scheduled shifts or find a cover Utilize Scheduling Application, to see scheduled shifts, set availability, and request off dates Work Remotely No Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $17 - $25 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
