Are you a Reformer PilatesInstructor ready to be part of building something new from the ground up? At Solterra Wellness Club, opening in Polaris in Early 2026, were creating a boutique studio where movement feels inspiring, personal, and transformative and were seeking founding instructors to share their expertise and help shape the culture of our wellness destination.

Compensation & Incentives

Per-Class Pay: (based on experience & certifications).

Teach engaging private and group Pilates (Mat & Reformer)

Deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in safety, form, and personalized coaching.

Collaborate with fellow instructors on special events, workshops, and community offerings.

Help drive retention and new member growth through authentic client relationships.

Represent Solterra Wellness Clubs values as a wellness ambassador.Qualifications

Certification in Pilates (Balanced Body, Merrithew/Stott, Romanas, RYT 200+).

Strong communication and coaching skills.

Experience teaching diverse clients and class formats.

Passion for community, wellness, and continuous learning.Location: Polaris, OH (The Galaxy at Polaris)
