Job Description:

We are in search of a dynamic Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to spearhead ERP implementation projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to delivery. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring the achievement of quality outcomes that drive measurable business value.

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison for clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project execution aligns with expectations. We seek a professional with exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills eager to take ownership of ERP delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Track project milestones, risks, and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and technical teams.

Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports detailing progress, risks, and budget performance.

Coordinate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal management across workstreams.

Manage RAID logs and oversee the resolution of risks and issues.

Ensure project documentation is thorough, organized, and accessible.

Lead quality assurance reviews, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and standards.

Support change management initiatives, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

5-8 years of project management experience, preferably with ERP or large-scale technology implementations.

Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.

Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and teams.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the capability to influence across functions.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with advanced executive communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Previous experience in consulting or client-facing project leadership roles.

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid ERP implementation methodologies.

The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, such as skill sets, experience, and training. The estimated range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.
